Mahila Samman Bachat Patra Interest Rate Time Limit and Benefit

MSBP Mahila Samman Savings Certificate (MSSC) deposit limit, interest rate, tenure and benefits are as follows.

Mahila Samman Bachat Patra will be available till 31 March, 2025
Up to two lakh rupees can be invested in the name of a woman or girl.
A minimum of Rs 1,000 can be deposited. You can deposit this amount later also in the ratio of thousands and hundred.
From 1 thousand to 1.99 lakh can be deposited again in the accounts of three months.
The account of any girl or woman can be opened in this scheme.
Up to two lakh rupees can be invested in the name of a woman or girl.
A girl child of 10 years or above can open an account under this scheme.
Presumably, no tax will be charged on the money deposited in Mahila Samman Savings Patra Yojana. Information will be clear soon.
You will be able to deposit up to two lakh rupees in the Mahila Samman Bachat Patra Yojana in the name of your daughter, sister or wife for two years.
In this you will get interest at the rate of 7.5 percent.
