Delhi government has announced to form a separate board of education DBSE, it will work for about 2,700 schools. According to the present information, Manish Sisodia will be the chairman of Delhi Board of School Education. There are about 1,000 schools and 1,700 private schools in Delhi. Most of them are related to CBSE. But now it is decided to bring all these schools under DBSE. Here we are providing information about the new Delhi Board of School Education being released by the Delhi Government.

DBSE Provided Course / Subject List

10th Class: – Qualification: There should be no formal qualification for Higher Secondary only the minimum age should be 14 years or 8th class passed or its equivalent.

Topics for Higher Secondary (10th class) Higher Secondary is compulsory to pass a total of six subjects: – Compulsory subjects: – 1. Hindi 2. English 3. Mathematics 4 Science 5. Social Science 6. Elective (any of the listed Too) • Computer • Drawing • Agriculture • Business Studies • Economics • Sanskrit • Punjabi • Telugu • Urdu • Assamese • Nepali • Bengali • Marathi • Gujarati • Kannada • Malayalam • Oriya

12th Class: – Eligibility: Must have passed Higher Secondary / 10th Grade / Matric / Prathma or its equivalent from any Board / University. Five subjects are compulsory for 12th standard:
